House Rules

Same rules apply for all accommodations; the only variation is the number of guests and number of vehicles allowed in the property you’ve selected.

• Additional Rules:
• Any violation of our house rules will terminate your rental and we move forward with a claim for the full payment of the reservation.
• PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE BY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
• Only the listed guests at the time of check in are allowed to be in the house, maximum depending on the selected location: 4, 12 or 16 people at the property (inside or outside) at any given time .
• Quiet hours outside in between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, this is a residential neighborhood.
• Sex offenders are prohibited from booking or staying in the house.
• No open flames, candles or any fire inside or outside the house, except Firepit and Outdoor kitchen.
• Barbecue grill is to be used at your convenience and must be cleaned by guests prior to use. One bag of charcoal provided by host.
• Driveway and Parking spaces are limited to only 2 vehicles at the Tiny House, 4 vehicles at the farmhouse and 6 vehicles at the 7 Acres. Absolutely no parking on the street.
• Do not block driveway towards Tiny House
• Trash Bins must be taken out as follows: Wednesday Night by 9 PM = GREEN and BLUE. Additional service fees will be requested if you fail to bring the trash out as we will have to pay for a third party to dispose of the trash if you miss the trash pick up truck by failing to bring the trash out as requested.
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE. Additional service fees will be requested after you leave and a claim for damages will be issued
• Booking guest must be over 21 YEARS OLD and provide a government issued ID for our records.
• A list of guests (names and last names) is required after booking and previous to arrival.
• Booking person is required to e-sign our HIKING RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. This property has large trees and trails.
